Hey there, I’m Amy. I'm the girl behind the lens here at Gypsy Tree Photography.
I'm a wife of 19 years to the most amazing man ever, my husband Joe. I'm a Mama to two beautiful littles, Joey and Jade. We also have twelve chickens, two cats, two dogs and a pigeon named Tim.
I love God. I love meeting new people. I hate spiders and think they are completely unnecessary. I was adopted at 3 days old. I love going barefoot and do it as much as possible. I’m a country girl through and through. I love coconut & blueberry coffee. I super love to talk & laugh, a lot. I love the smell of sheets dried on the line.
I have always had a camera in my hand from the time I was just a wee one. My love of photography amplified by photographing my own children to share with friends and family. After one traumatic visit to a "famous" portrait studio, I made up my mind to never put my littles through that again. A few days later, I bought my first not-so-cheap camera. I'm simply a self-taught girl with a passion for photography.
I want to tell your love story, whether it be with your new sweet bundle or the man of your dreams. I love capturing candid, real moments and I believe that a picture truly is worth a thousand words. I believe that God gives life and gives it abundantly, and it is our job to live that life to its fullest! And you should have the pictures to prove it! Most of all I want you to come as a client but leave as a friend.
