oh, the times are changin'

until recently, one of my favorite items to offer clients was the custom designed CD with all their images on it.  i always thought the discs looked awesome and were super cute.  i would put them in a little custom case, tie them with a little bow and admire them for a bit before i delivered them.  i loved every. single. thing. about them!

and then it happened.  apple released a MacBook Pro without a disc drive in them.  so that cute customized DVD?  is would be useless to any client that has one of the new MacBook Pros.  sure, at the moment only a very small percentage of people out there would have this problem.  but the last thing i want is to come across as outdated or give them something that they can’t even use 2 years from now. 

so, i've accepted the fact that it is time to move on to a different way of delivering digital images to my clients.  i did lots of research and finally made a decision.  i decided that flash drives were the best way to deliver the images and am really happy with the switch.

i also did a poll on my facebook page earlier this year and asked which you would rather receive your wedding images on.  every single person answered a flash drive.  

and with that, i introduce to you the Gypsy Tree Photography USB drive.  it is a super cute custom wooden drive and comes in the cutest wooden box ever.  it's like a cuteness overload.
